The Administrator's goal is also to properly inform Users about the rights and obligations related to the processing of personal data, particularly in relation to the content of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons. with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. We store your personal data for a period that is necessary to achieve a specific purpose, i.e. for the duration of our business activity. Providing your personal data is fully voluntary. However, refusing to do so will result in the inability to fully meet the obligations assumed by Fortis M. Borowy Sp. j. as part of contracts concluded with you.
