UV OFFSET PRINTING
We are one of the few printing houses specializing in UV printing on various non-absorbent surfaces. This technology allows us to print on any materials, such as PVC, PP, PET plastics, synthetic papers, self-adhesive films, electrostatic, adhesive, or metallized substrates.
In UV offset printing, the ink applied to the substrate is cured using ultraviolet radiation. The use of UV lamps allows for printing on any type of substrate, from paper to non-absorbent materials, where traditional offset printing cannot be applied.
The UV printing technique allows for nearly photographic quality prints, giving an impression of depth and reality. UV printing is characterized by increased resistance to mechanical damage and durability against adverse weather conditions.
A significant advantage of UV offset printing is its embellishment capabilities. We can apply selective UV coatings, hot stamping, films, or embossing. Thanks to the use of UV radiation for curing inks, the prints coming out of the machine do not require prolonged drying and are ready for further processing immediately. UV offset printing works excellently for producing various types of POS materials, such as wobblers, shelf-stoppers, labels, or stickers. It is also frequently used for printing on premium packaging, mouse pads, or promotional mats.
